Press Release From McCormick and McWilliams
November 10, 1999
The trial date for Todd McCormick and Peter McWilliams has been pushed back again to
November 30th. A conference with the judge is scheduled for this Friday.
The defense wants him to allow an appeal on the medical necessity issue to the 9th
Circuit before the case goes to trial. However, so far he has given the government
everything and the defense nothing.
