NORML is pleased to offer speakers who are knowledgeable about marijuana and marijuana
policy for college or other public speaking engagements. NORML speakers can give a
stand-alone lecture about marijuana policy, or they will share a platform and debate
marijuana policy with any opponent.
The NORML lecture will cover such issues as the medical use of marijuana; the economic
and environmental benefits of industrial hemp; the importance of ending criminal penalties
for adults who smoke marijuana recreationally; and the principles of responsible cannabis
use.
NORML charges a $2000 speaking fee, plus travel and lodging expenses.
