In observation of the 4th of July, the Public Interest Law Firm of Hirsch
and Caplan filed a historic class action lawsuit today against the suppression of medical
marijuana.
The suit styled The Action Class for Medical Cannabis has been in preparation
for over two years by Lawrence E. Hirsch, Esq. It represents the largest unified court
challenge to government medical marijuana policies ever undertaken.
The potential membership of the class is estimated at over 90 million. It is
anticipated that many thousands of individual plaintiffs will be added in the months ahead
as the suit progresses.
