Does It Take To Change A Light Bulb?
(Ed. note: This is
not only a great joke, the editor of the Calgary Sun seems to be seeing the light bulb.)

JUST TOO PREDICTABLE
THANK YOU for the coverage of Gil Puders brave and visionary views on the failure
of the war on drugs. While Puder made perfect sense, drug unit head Sgt. Mike Cullen
offered a predictably self-interested response: The police need more money for drug law
enforcement. This is a joke.
Stated another way, the joke goes something like this: Questionhow
many drug warriors does it take to change a lightbulb? Answernobodys quite
sure, but they are going to need a lot more money and complete allegiance from the public
to do the job right.
