PROBATION FOR POT USE
Marijuana activist Grant Krieger yesterday was handed an 18-month suspended sentence
for drug trafficking. Outside Court of Queens Bench in Regina, Krieger,
44, who suffers from multiple sclerosis, said he will continue to smoke pot during his
probation. He claims the drug has helped mitigate the symptoms of MS, a chronic
disease of the nervous system.
